Commercial HVAC Technician
📍 Philadelphia Suburbs | Full-Time
A well-established mechanical contractor serving the Philadelphia suburban market is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and institutional service work throughout the greater Philadelphia region.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and split systems
- Work on controls and related mechanical components
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with RTUs, boilers, chillers, and control systems
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license
