Legal Assistant - San Francisco, CA
Firm:
A nationally recognized law firm specializing in litigation with over 200 attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.
Role:
As the Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to attorneys and clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, organizing and maintaining case files, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation and research
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
- Organizing and maintaining case files, including electronic filing systems
- Conducting legal research using online databases and other resources
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience within a law firm
- Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
- Prior experience working in a law firm or legal department
- Strong organizational skills
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $70-90k+, commensurate with experience.
- Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
