**Key Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a high school diploma or GED, or 3 years with an associate degree.
- Proven expertise in the execution of safety and environmental programs.
- Ability to support operational goals and troubleshoot high-level equipment processes.
- Skilled in radio and face-to-face communication, alongside computer app-based communication.
- Experience in electrical repairs, installation, and calibration of instruments and devices.
- Proficiency with electrical hand tools and testing devices such as voltage meters and HART communicators.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and climbing as required by the role.
- Preferred experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs, process control, and troubleshooting.
