Workers’ Compensation Attorney - Hybrid
Our multi-disciplinary firm client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to take on an active caseload and support ongoing litigation matters across New Jersey. This role offers a mix of independence, collaboration, and courtroom exposure.
What You’ll Do

Manage New Jersey workers’ compensation matters from ongoing casework through resolution

Research legal issues and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and related filings
-
Appear at court hearings and assist with conferences, motion practice, and trial preparation
-
Work closely with senior attorneys on higher-level or complex matters
-
Maintain client relationships while meeting billable expectations
What We’re Looking For
-
JD from an accredited law school with active New Jersey bar admission
-
3+ years of New Jersey workers’ compensation experience with the ability to assume an existing caseload
-
Working knowledge of New Jersey court procedures and evidentiary rules preferred
-
Comfortable with modern legal and document management tools
-
Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Hybrid position with an initial full-time in-office period during onboarding

Flexibility for partial remote work after ramp-up

Court travel required for venues with in-person hearings
