Intellectual Property Senior Associate Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join a growing IP Litigation team. This attorney will work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts across the United States and potentially before the PTAB or ITC. Responsibilities include:

Managing written discovery

Preparing invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions

Drafting briefs
-
Taking and defending depositions
-
Collaborating with experts
-
Assisting with trial preparation

Supporting appellate work
Qualifications:
-
Four to six years of IP litigation experience
-
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
-
Eligibility for admission to the bar in the state of residence

Strong communication and writing skills
