Associate Attorney – Estate Planning
Location: Pennsauken, NJ | Full-Time
Seeking an experienced attorney with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in estate planning, elder law, and Medicaid planning.
Requirements:

Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey

Proven experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives

Direct experience with Medicaid eligibility and planning strategies

Ability to manage client matters independently

Strong communication and client-facing skills
No entry-level candidates. Experience required.
