Chief Financial Officer

A growing financial organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide executive oversight of financial strategy, performance, and risk management. This role partners closely with senior leadership and the board to support long-term stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial strategy, planning, and forecasting at the enterprise level
- Oversee financial reporting, analytics, and key performance indicators
- Manage balance sheet strategy, including liquidity, capital, and interest rate risk
- Provide guidance to executive leadership and board-level committees
- Lead investment oversight, pricing analysis, and funding strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and GAAP standards
- Oversee credit loss modeling, reserves, and financial risk reporting
- Lead data and analytics functions supporting business decision-making
Qualifications:
- Senior financial leadership experience in a regulated environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA preferred
- Expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and regulatory reporting
