Senior Civil Engineer
Are you a motivated civil engineer with strong leadership and communication skills?
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the civil team in both municipal and site development practices
- Manage multi-discipline infrastructure projects from proposals to delivery
- Coordinate work across offices with the Director of Civil Engineering
- Develop project managers and foster leadership growth
- Serve as a technical resource for project teams
- Promote continuous improvement and collaboration
- Support business development and client relationship efforts
- Represent the firm at industry events and professional organizations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin (required)
- Minimum 8 years of civil design experience (municipal and/or site development)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
