Investment Analyst

Role:
As an Investment Analyst, this individual will support the AVP of Investment Banking with financial modeling, valuations, due diligence, business performance metrics, as well as create presentations on several business transactions. This is a great way to get your foot in the door to experience full cycle transactions and be a key part of this highly visible team!
Responsibilities:
- Work with the AVP of Investment Banking on several transactions
- Develop and refine financial models to assess business performance, capital alternatives, and transaction outcomes under various scenarios
- Assist in the evaluation and structuring of financing solutions, including debt, equity, and blended capital strategies aligned with client objectives
- Support merger and acquisition (M&A) engagements through market research, financial analysis, buyer/investor outreach preparation, and diligence coordination
- Create high-quality transactional pitch materials such as teasers, presentations, and offering documents that clearly articulate investment merit
- Partner with internal advisory teams (e.g., accounting, tax, strategy, and wealth advisory) to deliver coordinated solutions for clients
- Prepare internal analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for deal teams and firm leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Master's, Executive MBA or MBA is a plus
- 2+ years of investment banking or private equity industry experience is needed

Prior experience working for a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is a huge plus

Strong knowledge of discounted cash flow (DCF) and modeling
Working Situation:
This will be an in office position with some flexibility once established.
