**Required Skills & Knowledge:**
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities for customer issues
- Proficient in handling phone inquiries and managing orders
- Strong skills in resolving product-related concerns, including design, returns, repairs, and warranties
- Ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Expertise in guiding customers through product selection and purchase decisions using design knowledge
- Familiarity with all product offerings and adept at using order entry systems for precise order placements
- Competency in following up on sales to ensure order accuracy and product availability
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Preferred experience in plumbing or sales (1 year)
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in home design, architectural design, or construction
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Adaptable to fast-paced work environments
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual
