Maintenance Technician
A client of ours is hiring a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment in a hands-on, on-site environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations.
You’ll handle both scheduled preventive maintenance and urgent repairs, conduct equipment inspections, document maintenance activity, and support machinery upgrades or improvements. Collaboration with other technicians and production teams is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment

Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs

Follow all safety policies and contribute to a safe work environment

Assist with equipment modifications and system upgrades
Qualifications

Strong experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and electrical systems

Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance skills

Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding

Experience in preventive maintenance best practices

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills

Technical certifications or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting required
