Project Architect – Healthcare
The Project Architect will manage all phases of healthcare architecture projects, from design through construction administration. This role involves supervising small to large teams; producing, delegating, and coordinating work; and reviewing and approving the work of both internal and external team members. The Project Architect provides final review and approval of code analyses, material selections, and specifications, and oversees construction document production and BIM model management.
Responsibilities include attending client meetings, regularly interfacing with clients and consultants, and coordinating with personnel at all levels to ensure projects are executed according to plan. The role requires accountability for efficient, technically sound project execution, as well as leadership throughout the design, documentation, and construction administration process.
Qualifications
- Strong Revit and BIM expertise (required)
- Ability to plan, organize, mentor, direct, and evaluate the work of others
- Excellent presentation, communication, client management, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, accuracy, and follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required); Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of healthcare architecture experience
- Registered Architect and/or actively working toward licensure

Compensation & Work Environment
- Salary range: $100,000 – $130,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package
- Remote work with office and client visits
