Job Details:
Continuous Improvement Leader
A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement (CI) Champion to lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Growth, and Employee Engagement (SQDCGE) by embedding CI principles into daily operations.
The CI Champion serves as a leader helping build and sustain a company-wide culture of continuous improvement. This position partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams and typically reports to an operations or manufacturing leader.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience in an organization that actively utilizes continuous improvement methodologies.

Advanced knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, or machining processes is a plus.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience leading or facilitating CI / Lean initiatives

Strong knowledge of CI methodologies and problem-solving tools

Proven ability to influence change and lead teams across functions

Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong communication skills

Experience in manufacturing or operations environments preferred
Responsibilities

Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals

Facilitate cross-functional teams using Lean / CI tools (VSM, A3, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, etc.)

Develop KPIs and visual management to track progress and results
-
Coach and train employees on CI principles and problem-solving methods

Identify and eliminate waste, improve workflows, and drive sustainable results
-
Support cost reduction, quality improvement, throughput, and safety initiatives
