Business Development Manager- Arbitration
190-220k, Hybrid
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law Firm seeking to add a Business Development Manager within their Arbitration practice group.
Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives for the Arbitration practice, including planning and execution of marketing and client-facing activities
- Collaborate with partners and practice leadership to identify opportunities that enhance the practice’s market presence
- Assist with the preparation of pitches, proposals, and related business development materials
- Coordinate with internal teams to support practice group initiatives, events, and thought leadership efforts
- Monitor market and client developments relevant to arbitration and dispute resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 5–8+ years of business development or marketing experience in a large law firm or other professional services environment.
- Proven experience managing complex pitches and partner-driven initiatives.
