Civil Engineer
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Orlando-based team, supporting a wide range of land development projects. This role is open to candidates at all experience levels, from entry-level engineers to seasoned professionals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

2–15+ years of experience in civil engineering and land development
-
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, based on experience level
-
Experience or coursework in site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design
-
Familiarity with land development design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar)
-
Knowledge of Florida land development standards and permitting processes is a plus
-
Ability to prepare technical calculations, reports, and construction documents

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients, agencies, and project teams

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively

Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, project-driven environment
