Business Development Manager- White Collar Defense
180-200K, Hybrid
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law Firm seeking to add a Business Development Manager within their White Collar Defense practice group.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with practice group leadership to develop and implement annual and long-term business development plans aligned with firm strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities across industries, geographies, and client segments relevant to white collar defense, investigations, and enforcement matters.
- Monitor market, regulatory, and enforcement trends (e.g., DOJ, SEC, international regulators) to inform strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage pitches, proposals, and RFP responses for white collar defense and related matters, including strategy development, messaging, and coordination with partners and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 5–8+ years of business development or marketing experience in a large law firm or other professional services environment.
- Prior experience supporting litigation, white collar defense, investigations, or regulatory practices strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex pitches and partner-driven initiatives.
