Project Architect (5+ Years Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to support and lead architectural projects focused on tenant fit-outs and warehouse/industrial design. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, the ability to coordinate across disciplines, and hands-on experience producing construction documents using AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and documentation of tenant fit-out and warehouse/industrial projects
- Produce and coordinate construction documents using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases
- Review drawings for code compliance, constructability, and accuracy
- Assist with permitting, agency coordination, and responses to RFIs
- Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience
- Proven experience with tenant improvement (TI) projects and warehouse/industrial facilities
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Solid knowledge of building codes, zoning, and construction standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
