**Key Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience engaging with technicians in a fast-paced service business, preferably in the HVAC/Refrigeration sector.
- Strong understanding of service contracts with keen attention to detail and exemplary customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in dispatching and guiding field technicians to meet customer needs promptly.
- High initiative and quick decision-making abilities in a technical environment.
- Experience within a technical setting (HVAC/industrial refrigeration) is highly preferred.
