Controls Engineer

#### Key Qualifications:
- **Educational Background**: Minimum of a two-year degree or equivalent in automation or motion control. A four-year degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation is preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and electrical design. Experience with Rockwell and Siemens Automation (ControlLogix, SLC, PLC5, CompactLogix, S7) is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SCADA/HMI applications, AutoCAD/ePlan, and experience with drive systems (SSD and Powerflex).
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Adept at identifying practical solutions and troubleshooting within industry standards such as NEC, NFPA, and UL.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- **Additional Competencies**: Familiarity with business acumen, customer engagement, leadership qualities, and project management skills.
