What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Why You’ll Love This Job):
- Support full-cycle project delivery from kickoff to closeout
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, and submittals like a pro
- Own communication between field + office so nothing slips through the cracks
- Track budgets, change orders, and progress logs with precision
- Work side-by-side with experienced PMs — and earn the opportunity to run your own jobs
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-15 years of construction or field/office coordination experience
- Strong organizational instincts and a “no-excuses, get-it-done” mindset
- Comfort working across commercial, education, and retail environments
- Tech-savvy with project management platforms and Microsoft Office
- A collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on culture
