Geotechnical Engineer – Join Our Growing Team
We’re seeking a motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and play an active role in engineering and consulting projects across residential, commercial, transportation, and infrastructure sectors.
What you’ll do:
- Work with a multidisciplinary team alongside senior engineers and project managers to support project development and execution.
- Help develop project scopes, cost estimates, and proposals.
- Perform geotechnical field work — including site reconnaissance, soil sampling, boring logs, construction observation, and material testing.
- Conduct lab testing, engineering analysis, and prepare recommendations.
- Draft technical reports, plans, and specifications.
- Represent the firm at client meetings when needed.
- Support project management: monitor scope, schedule, budget, and maintain quality control.
- Follow safety procedures, participate in pre-task planning, and report safety concerns.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Civil, or related Engineering field
- PE license
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
