**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an associate degree in Automation-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PLC programming & design (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon) or HMI programming (e.g., Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Cimplicity, Intellutions).
- SCADA programming (Rockwell and similar)

- Willingness to travel: 25% overnight - within Midwest.
