HVAC Project Manager
My client is an excellent HVAC and Plumbing Mechanical Contractor in the commercial and industrial market. They are looking for HVAC Project Managers that are equally comfortable in the field as well as the office.
Primary Responsibilities
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and manage/coordinate scope of work.
• Obtain permits from appropriate authorities.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Supervise the work of labor and give guidance when needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards; report any issues.
• Follow-up on any/all warranty work and maintain contact with Customer to ensure 100% Customer satisfaction.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities
