CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - HIGH END RESIDENTIAL
Industry leading high-end residential construction general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager.
The role of a Project Manager has broad responsibilities, from managing staff and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures. Our ideal candidate is highly experienced, responsible, and team focused.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains project oversite in a correct, safe and timely manner.
Supervises contractors/sub-contractors at numerous job sites and problem solves issues that arise.
Assists in selecting, orienting, and training contractors and sub-contractors.
Provides positive direction to motivate quality performance; give clear and concise direction to personnel when necessary and appropriate.
Sets project goals and oversees projects to completion. Schedules and tracks assignments.
Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
Assesses construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
Knowledge on codes and obtaining necessary city, county and state permitting for each project.
Ensures compliance with company or government regulations.
Handles client and company sensitive information with confidentiality.
Effectively communicates with customers regarding products and services.
Maintains a safe, secure, and clean work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Ten or more years of prior experience working in construction field with proven successful managerial or leadership roles with a large and diverse workforce.
Ability to read construction blueprints and drawings.
Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines.
Ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients.
Strong project management abilities including excellent time management and problem-solving skills
SALARY: $150K +
