Civil Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to lead and manage a variety of site and public-infrastructure design and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from conceptual planning through design, agency approvals, and construction coordination.
- Perform code analysis and technical research to guide design decisions.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate project teams and resources.
- Interface with clients and regulatory agencies to secure design and permit approvals.
- Provide oversight and mentoring of junior civil staff engaged in professional and technical tasks.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of civil engineering design experience, particularly in large-scale site development and public infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead projects through all phases: design development, construction documentation, and contract administration.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
- Experience with fast-track or advanced technology–driven projects is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for working with clients, internal staff, and agency personnel.
- Licensure — or eligibility for licensure — in Washington, Oregon, and/or California required.
