A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Mechanical Plant Superintendent with 10+ years of field leadership experience to oversee plant and pump station projects. This role requires strong planning skills, field oversight, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise field crews and subcontractors on plant-related projects

Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards

Manage budgets, schedules, manpower needs, and project documentation
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in heavy civil/mechanical construction

Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and industry best practices

Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
