Cable Assembler – Build High-Reliability Products That Truly Matter
We’re looking for a Cable Assembler to join a team that produces high-reliability cable and harness assemblies.
What You’ll Do

Assemble complex cable and wire harnesses using crimping, soldering, stripping, and terminating techniques

Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions

Perform continuity and functional testing to verify quality

Inspect your own work for consistency and reliability

Work closely with production and quality teams to troubleshoot issues
-
Maintain an organized workspace and follow established quality procedures

Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement to grow your skill set

Be part of building products used in critical systems

Gain valuable training and industry-recognized certifications (e.g., soldering, IPC/WHMA)

Enjoy a supportive team environment that values craftsmanship and learning
What You Bring
-
Experience with cable, harness, or electronics assembly
-
Ability to work with hand tools (crimpers, wire strippers, cutters, soldering irons, etc.)

Comfort reading blueprints, diagrams, and wiring instructions
-
Experience with soldering, testing, or fiber optics is a plus
-
Strong attention to detail and reliability
-
U.S. citizenship required due to contractual obligations
