🔥 Systems Engineer – Aviation Power Systems

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master’s preferred.

Experience: 2–20 years of engineering experience, including significant work with avionics sub-systems and FAA certification processes.

Industry Standards: Working knowledge of ARP 4754, ARP-4761, DO-178, DO-160, DO-254, MIL-STD-704, and MIL-STD-461.

Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in requirements development, systems architecture, verification, and validation.

Tools: Hands-on experience with IBM Rational DOORS and related test equipment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Skills: Background in systems testing, electrical sub-systems, and networked systems; INCOSE certification is a plus.
