About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to help design, program, and deliver advanced control and automation systems that drive efficiency and innovation across manufacturing environments. You’ll work hands-on with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems—taking projects from concept through commissioning while collaborating with talented engineers and clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement automation solutions for process and machine control systems.

Program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms (Allen-Bradley, Ignition, Wonderware, etc.).

Troubleshoot and optimize control systems during testing, startup, and commissioning.

Ensure designs comply with industry standards (S88, UL 508A).

Manage timelines, documentation, and communication throughout project lifecycles.
What You’ll Bring

1–3 years of experience in automation, controls, or process engineering.

Proficiency in Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix and RSLogix software.

Familiarity with HMI development, VFD setup, and OT networking.

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.
