The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance automation, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization. This role works closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to transform data into intelligent applications and actionable insights.
Responsibilities

Develops, trains, and optimizes machine learning and deep learning models

Builds and integrates AI-driven applications using NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics

Prepares and manages structured and unstructured data for modeling and analysis

Collaborates with business and technical teams to define and deliver AI solutions

Deploys and maintains AI models in production using cloud platforms and MLOps practices

Monitors model performance, detects drift, and retrains models as needed

Applies ethical AI principles to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance

Keeps current with emerging AI technologies and contributes to innovation initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 4 years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models

Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Julia

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn
-
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI
-
Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and API integration

Understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
