**Qualifications Needed:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional certification, such as NCIDQ, is highly favored.
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate interior design, with at least 3 years in a commercial setting.
- Demonstrated success managing vendor relationships on large projects.
- Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Strong skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving.
- Experience with RFP processes and contractor performance evaluations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt designs to various cultural standards.
