**Qualifications**
- 5-10 years of experience in design or construction projects, focusing on corporate interiors
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on project management experience
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing full project cycles
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative work ethic
- Bachelor's degree or technical certifications in a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel to various office locations if necessary
- Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a bonus
