**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in automation & controls engineering, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting industrial control systems.
- Expertise in Allen Bradley and Emerson PLCs, HMI platforms, and industrial network protocols.
- Experience with SQL databases and process control data management.
- Proven track record in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles within industrial automation.
- Familiarity with regulated environments or Process Safety Management is a plus.
- Certifications in Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and/or PMP are beneficial.
