**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial) or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in food manufacturing.
- Significant management or supervisory experience.
- Strong technical skills in PLCs, electrical systems (480V 3-phase), and mechanical systems, with a strategic approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent regulatory knowledge in food safety and occupational safety (HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, FDA).
- Proven leadership and communication abilities, along with problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
