**Key Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in civil engineering design, with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
- Solid understanding of storm drainage, grading, utilities, and site layout.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
