**Key Qualifications:**
- Strong communicator: Effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Proven estimating skills: Experience with residential and commercial electrical projects.
- Detail-oriented: Proficient in reading electrical prints and following electrical codes.
- Relationship builder: Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.
- Problem solver: Expertise in identifying best practices and providing recommendations.
- Technical expertise: Solid understanding of both traditional and modern wiring methods.
- Physically capable: Able to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights.
- Certified and experienced: Vocational training or on-the-job experience required, with preferences for a Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Licensed driver: Valid driver's license is necessary.
- Extensive experience: Minimum of 8 years in both residential and commercial settings
