CRM Project Manager
Liberty Personnel is seeking a CRM Project Manager with hands-on experience implementing and managing DealCloud to lead CRM initiatives at a top AM Law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of DealCloud across the firm.
- Collaborate with BD, IT, and practice leaders to define CRM needs and priorities.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee data integrity, integrations, and user adoption.
- Provide training and support to attorneys and staff.
- Track system performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CRM/project management experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm.
- 2+ years of direct experience with DealCloud.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with system integrations and data governance is a plus.
