**What We’re Looking For:**
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in control/mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and controls, with the ability to interpret controls drawings and specifications.
- Expertise in HVAC concepts, energy management systems, and temperature controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering drawing tools; experience with Alerton Controls and Tridium Niagara AX is advantageous.
- Customer-service oriented, with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Strong independence and self-direction in managing time across multiple projects.
