**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical business analysis and/or project management
- Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical workflows
- Strong desire to learn and thrive in an independent work environment
- Exceptional communication and organizational prowess
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree required, with a technical concentration being a plus
- Current work authorization required, as visa sponsorship is not offered
