Receptionist - Part-Time - Onsite - Contract 

Our client is searching for a part-time Receptionist for their NYC office to work until the end of the year. This position is onsite M-W-F and brings the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your talents are nurtured, and your career can soar. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Sort, scan, and direct incoming mail with accuracy and efficiency.
- Update mailing instructions by liaising with vendors for seamless correspondence.
- Keep meticulous records of mail flow and support documentation processes.
- Engage in special projects and administrative support at our NYC office as needed.

**Ideal Candidate Qualifications:**
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration.
- Background coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration is beneficial.
- Superior attention to detail and robust organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking prowess.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to thrive independently and within a team setting.
