**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of progressive HVAC industry experience; MBA preferred.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in P&L management and commercial service operations in the HVAC field.
- Strong business development, financial acumen, and communication skills.
- Master’s HVAC license in MD, DC, PA, WV, or VA is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, service management software, and financial accounting tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
