Civil Survey PM

My Client is a growing, well-established Civil engineering firm seeking a PLS PM to add to its talented staff. Qualified Candidates should have:
- SC PLS License needed
- 3+ years relative management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of land surveying as well as field experience with surveying subdivisions, commercial properties, institutional and industrial projects
- Expertise knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D/Carlson
- Familiar with topo survey, boundary, and ALTA/ACSM survey maps as well as Plats, easement exhibits, researching records, writing legal descriptions and investigating property history; developing scope and fee proposals and managing projects
