Senior Payroll Manager
180-200K, Hybrid
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM Law Firm seeking to add a Senior Payroll Manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete payroll process, including bi-weekly payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, and year-end reporting.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings, wage and hour laws, and labor regulations relevant to the legal sector.
- Maintain and enhance payroll systems and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of payroll management experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ADP payroll software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of federal and state payroll tax regulations and labor laws.
