**Qualifications:**
- 5 to 7+ years of comprehensive experience in managing IT projects with a minimum budget of $150K.
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in effort-driven project planning techniques using MS Project.
- High-level aptitude in all project management areas, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and executing Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrating resilience and accountability under pressure.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and present effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience in managing and forecasting project financials, including reconciliation of invoices and timekeeping.
- Proactive problem solver with a strong customer focus and collaborative work approach.
- Openness to learning and utilizing new project management tools and developing technical understanding of systems involved.
