Join our dynamic team at a leading law firm as a Legal Project Manager. We are seeking a motivated individual to work with our client teams to deliver exceptional legal services across a variety of practice areas. This role offers the chance to be a subject matter expert and contribute to the development of legal project management methodologies and tools.
Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with client teams to optimize service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement
- Act as a trusted consultant and provide support for service quality and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to outside counsel guidelines and work with the Finance team for billing requirements
- Support the implementation and use of project management and knowledge management tools
- Provide mentorship and training on project management and process improvement
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through strong team interactions and a personal commitment to quality and innovation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in practice or project management within a professional services or legal environment
- Record of implementing effective solutions and achieving measurable results
- Paralegal Certificate, MBA, or JD
- Experience working with high profile clients
