Senior Transmission Line Engineer
Lead a dynamic transmission line engineering team committed to upholding core values, brand promises, and a code of conduct. Foster a growth-oriented work environment and guide technical excellence across projects.
- Ensure teams embody organizational values, brand promises, and uphold the code of conduct
- Create a workplace that supports team members’ growth and development
- Oversee project execution—manage engineering scope, change orders, schedules, and budgets
- Deliver high-quality, responsive work in alignment with established technical standards
- Supervise transmission line design, including QA/QC processes
- Engage regularly with clients—maintain and build relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 15+ years of related engineering experience, in consulting or electric utilities
- Project management experience
- Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget fundamentals
