CNC Machinist / CAD-CAM Programmer
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with strong CAD/CAM programming expertise to join our team and take on challenging, hands-on work in a variety of applications. This role offers the opportunity to contribute from concept through production while working on projects across multiple materials and industries.
What You’ll Do
- Program 3- and 4-axis CNC milling machines using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks/SolidCAM or similar)
- Produce precise CAD/CAM files from 3D models or technical drawings
- Select appropriate tooling and design/build custom workholding solutions
- Set up, operate, and inspect CNC machined components
- Prepare setup documentation and part detail drawings
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to enhance manufacturability
- Identify ways to reduce setup times and improve changeover processes
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of CNC programming experience
- Proficient in G/M code, GD&T, and 3D modeling software
- Comfortable machining aluminum, steels, plastics, and stainless
