Multiple Litigation Associate Positions – Open Nationwide
Are you a skilled litigator looking to join a dynamic and growing legal team? We are seeking multiple Litigation Associates to support a variety of complex defense matters for clients across the United States. While Pennsylvania is preferred, qualified candidates from all U.S. locations are encouraged to apply.
About the Role:
In this role, you will assist in managing and defending complex litigation cases, including tort, contract, statutory, and class action claims. You will work closely with senior attorneys, handle legal research, draft essential documents, and represent clients in various proceedings.
What You Will Do:
- Support defense of complex litigation, including class actions, regulatory investigations, and civil disputes
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
- Manage document review, collection, and production workflows
- Assist in case strategy and legal research
- Appear in court or support senior attorneys at hearings and trials
- Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and experts
- Contribute to regulatory filings and investigations as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of litigation experience, with a strong track record in defense work
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Pennsylvania preferred, but open to other states)
- Experience in complex litigation, civil defense, or related areas (class actions, privacy, and specific expertise not required but a plus)
- Familiarity with large-scale document productions and e-discovery processes
- Courtroom and oral argument experience valued
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
