CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT
Growing Philadelphia Area commercial construction company is looking for a junior-level Construction Accountant.
Construction Accountant to manage job costing, payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting. Must have an understanding of construction accounting.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Payroll processing
- Job costing & budget tracking
- Progress billing & lien waiver management
- Bank reconciliations & financial reporting
- Support tax prep and audits
Requirements:
- 2+ years in construction accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Strong Excel/Google Workspace skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
