- Water / wastewater controls engineering experience
- PLC's, VFD's, process instrumentation.
- Skilled in internet-based research and proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF platforms.
- Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and contractors, both orally and in writing.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications with precision.
- Electrically and mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of software like CAD is a plus, along with adaptability to new technologies.
- Prior experience in estimating, inside sales, or project management is highly desirable.
